License Agreement for JbcGrid(hereby called "Software")

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOUR INITIAL USE OF THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  TITLE
This Software is licensed software. You obtain no rights other than those granted you under this License. Title to the Software does not pass to you.

  LICENSE
You are granted the right to use this version of the Software if you are consenting to be bound to this License Agreement. You will ensure that anyone who uses the Software does so only in compliance with the terms of this License Agreement.

Under this non-transferable, non-exclusive License you may use one (1) copy of the Software for evaluation, testing, development and demonstration, copy the Software for backup purpose, provided any copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices. You may also use the Software on a network, providing each person accessing the Software through the network must have a licensed copy, and must agree to use it in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

Under this License you may not disassemble, decompose, reverse engineer, reverse compile, unlock, translate or discover the sourse code and underlying algorithms of the Software or alter this file or any of the other files in the package. This includes, but is not limited to modifying any icons, menus, or displays associated with the Software. You may not sublicense, rent, distribute or lease the Software to any third party.

You accept to only use the Software for developing applications. The Software shall not be used, in whole or in part, as the basis for creating a product having the same purpose or substantially the same functionality as the Software.

All sales of licenses (which include source code or not) are final, so you should try the evaluation version of the Software before buying it to be sure it fits your needs.

  REDISTRIBUTION
The Software is runtime royalty free. You are authorized to reproduce and distribute the Software only in object code integrated within your application. You agree not to permit distribution of the Software by end-users of your program.

  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
JBC accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of this Software and makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This Software is provided "AS IS", and you, its user, assume all risks when using it.

  EVALUATION
The evaluation version of the Software should not be used beyond a thirty (30) day period. Then, you accept to destroy all copies of the Software, including documentation.

  TERMINATION
The License will be canceled if you do not respect the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.

  ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This License Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and JBC, supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the Software, and may be amended only in a writing signed by both parties.

In the event of invalidity of any provision of this Agreement, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Agreement.
